Saturn in astrology: structure, limits and responsibility

Wherever it is found, it calls for sincere effort, rigorous organization and an acceptance of the constraints inherent in reality. It does not offer its fruits easily: it makes you earn them, transforming perseverance into a solid foundation. Far from being a hostile planet, it is the one that gives lasting depth and solidity to what you build.

Its symbolic roots reach into the figure of Saturn, the Roman equivalent of Cronus, god of time and harvests. Cronus governed agricultural cycles, the patience of the seed before the harvest, and the awareness that all things unfold within a duration. This dual legacy, both temporal and nurturing, is a reminder that Saturn invites you to sow with care so that the harvest may be worthy, even if it takes time.

Saturn's position by sign colors the way you experience and express its demands for structure and responsibility.
