Article 1 — Purpose
These T&Cs govern the sale of personalized astrological reports in digital format (PDF) on the AstralPro website (astralpro.fr), as well as the sale of a physical good: the Book. They apply to any order placed by a consumer on the website.

AstralPro offers the following digital products, generated from the birth data provided by the customer and delivered by email with online access:
– Discovery Pack: a one-time purchase including the Natal Chart (complete analysis of the birth chart) and the Solar Return (analysis of the year ahead), both generated and delivered upon order.
– Premium Pack: a one-year offer giving access to the Natal Chart, the Solar Return, a first Transit report and the Daily Horoscope, performance of which begins upon order: the Natal Chart, the Solar Return and the first Daily Horoscope are delivered immediately; the first Transit report is generated once the customer has provided the personal context details requested from them after payment and, failing any reply, within a short time after the order. The offer then gives access to the Daily Horoscope and Monthly Transits for twelve months. The Premium Pack has no longer been available for subscription since 10 August 2026. Annual subscriptions taken out before that date remain governed by these terms until they expire or are cancelled.
– Premium Monthly: a monthly subscription giving access to the Daily Horoscope and Monthly Transits (one report per month), performance beginning upon subscription: the first Daily Horoscope is delivered immediately and the first Transit report is generated once the customer has provided their personal context details and, failing any reply, within a short time after the subscription. It includes neither the Natal Chart nor the Solar Return. Open-ended contract, billed monthly, cancellable at any time (effective at the end of the current monthly period).
– Compatibility (Synastry): a one-time purchase, an astrological analysis of the relationship between two people based on their two birth charts.

Delivery schedule for Monthly Transits. This schedule applies to any active subscription giving access to Monthly Transits, whether Premium Monthly or a Premium Pack taken out before it was withdrawn from sale. The subscription entitles the customer to one Transits report per calendar month, delivered on the 23rd of the preceding month so that the customer has it before the month it covers begins. On the 15th of each month, the customer is invited by email to update the personal context details used to tailor the report; those details are locked on the 22nd at 11:59 p.m., and the report is produced in any event, based on the most recent answers on file or, failing any answer, without them. In the event of cancellation, the last report due is that of the calendar month in which the customer's access ends, whatever the day of that month on which it ends. As that report is delivered on the 23rd of the preceding month, the customer will as a rule already have it when the cancellation takes effect. No report is due for a calendar month beginning after the end of access.

AstralPro also offers a physical good:
– The Book: a bound book in A5 format, printed on demand and clearly personalized, composed from the birth data provided by the customer (a complete analysis of the natal chart, enriched and developed in a long format). Each copy is unique: it is generated for the customer, proofread, then printed and shipped by a partner printer (Lulu Press, Inc.). The Book is available in French only and is shipped only to the countries listed in Article 3 bis. Its price, shipping included, is the one displayed at the time of order.

Article 1 bis — Capacity and minimum age

AstralPro products are intended for adults. Any order presupposes the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

As the reports are produced from the birth data of a specific person, a minimum age applies to that person (the subject of the chart), regardless of the age of the customer placing the order:
– Discovery Pack, The Book and the free preview: the subject of the chart must be at least fifteen (15) years old;
– Premium Monthly, and Premium Pack for contracts in progress: reserved for adults, the subject of the chart must be at least eighteen (18) years old;
– Compatibility (Synastry): where the bond analysed is romantic in nature (a couple, a budding attraction or a former romantic relationship), both persons must be adults, without exception. Friendship, family and professional bonds are not subject to any age condition.

Age is calculated on the date of the order, from the date of birth entered. An order whose date of birth does not meet these conditions is refused before any payment: no amount is charged. AstralPro does not verify the accuracy of the data entered; an inaccurate declaration engages the liability of its author and entitles AstralPro to cancel the order and refund the customer.

Where the subject of the chart, or either of the two persons in a Compatibility reading, is a minor, certain elements of analysis relating to desire and to dynamics of relational control are excluded from the report. The report is produced without them, and its structure is unchanged.

Article 2 — Price
The price of each product is the one displayed on astralpro.fr at the time of order. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French CGI (VAT-exempt status, micro-enterprise scheme). Payments are secured via Stripe (PCI DSS certified); payment is due immediately upon order. For the Premium Pack (annual subscription) as for Premium Monthly, the amount and billing frequency are recalled before validation and confirmed by email.

Monthly subscription (Premium Monthly)
Premium Monthly is an open-ended contract, billed monthly by automatic charge on the registered card. Each charge opens access to the Daily Horoscope and to the Monthly Transits report for the following calendar month, delivered according to the schedule described in Article 1. By way of exception, the first charge opens access to the report for the current calendar month where the subscription is taken out before the 16th of the month, and to that of the following calendar month where it is taken out on or after the 16th; every subsequent charge opens access to the report for the following calendar month. The charge date, which is specific to each customer, has no effect on this schedule: all subscribers are served on the same dates. The customer may cancel at any time, free of charge and without cause, directly online (Stripe customer portal, Article L215-1-1 of the French Consumer Code) or by email to [email protected]; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period, with no refund, even pro rata, of the month already started (Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code), the customer keeps the daily horoscope and the month's report until the end of the paid period. If a payment fails, the subscription is suspended after several attempts by our provider (Stripe). Birth data and generated content are kept for the duration of the subscription and deleted at its end (see the Privacy Policy).

Annual subscription (Premium Pack) — withdrawn offer, ongoing contracts
This offer is no longer marketed; the provisions below continue to govern ongoing subscriptions. The Premium Pack is taken out as an annual subscription with tacit renewal, with automatic charges on the registered card. The first charge is made at subscription; it opens one year of access to the Pack's deliverables (Natal Chart and Solar Return immediately, then Daily Horoscope and Monthly Transits for twelve months). Failing cancellation, the subscription is tacitly renewed for a further one-year period, at the current rate displayed at renewal, charged on the subscription anniversary date. The duration, frequency and renewal price are recalled before order validation and confirmed by email.

Information before renewal (art. L215-1 of the French Consumer Code). At the earliest three months and at the latest one month before the end of the current period, AstralPro informs the customer, by email, of the tacit renewal date and of their right not to renew. Failing such information within this timeframe, the customer may cancel the subscription free of charge at any time from the renewal date, under the conditions of art. L215-1.

Facilitated online cancellation (art. L215-1-1 of the French Consumer Code). The customer may cancel at any time, free of charge and without reason, directly online, in a few clicks, via the cancellation feature accessible from their management area (Stripe customer portal, the link to which appears in every confirmation and billing email). Cancellation may also be requested by email to [email protected].

Effect of cancellation, Cancellation ends the tacit renewal: it prevents the following year's charge but does not affect the year already paid. The customer keeps access to the service and to all their deliverables (daily horoscope and monthly transits) until the end of the current subscription year. No refund, even pro-rata, is issued for the annual period already paid (art. L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code). In case of payment failure at renewal, the subscription is suspended after several attempts by our provider (Stripe). The report language is set at subscription and cannot be changed. Birth data and generated content are retained for the duration of the subscribed year, then deleted at its end (see the Privacy Policy).

Article 3 — Delivery
The report is produced automatically: the calculations and the analysis structure are performed by the AstralPro system, and the writing of the texts is assisted by artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude API). It is sent by email after payment confirmation. Generation time is generally a few minutes, and at most one hour under normal operating conditions. In the event of a technical incident, delivery may be deferred up to 24 hours after the order. Beyond that, the buyer is invited to contact [email protected] for assistance.

The target month of the delivered Transits is determined according to the Europe/Paris time zone (UTC+1 in winter, UTC+2 in summer), regardless of the visitor's time zone or the exact moment of purchase. This rule ensures consistency between the month displayed on the website and the month appearing in the delivered report.

Article 3 bis — Delivery of the Book (physical good)

Delivery area. The Book is shipped only to the following countries: France (mainland), Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg and Canada. The displayed price includes shipping (tracked delivery): no delivery charge is added at payment.

Timeframe. The Book is printed on demand: each copy is composed from the customer's birth data, proofread, then printed and shipped. AstralPro undertakes to deliver the Book at the latest within twenty (20) days from the order. If the Book is not delivered by that date, the customer may, after having unsuccessfully enjoined AstralPro to deliver within a reasonable additional period, terminate the contract by email to [email protected] or by any other written notice (art. L216-6 of the French Consumer Code). They may terminate it immediately if delivery by the scheduled date was an essential condition of the contract for them. The sums paid are then fully refunded under the conditions of art. L216-7.

Transfer of risk. The Book travels at AstralPro's risk. Any risk of loss or damage to the Book is transferred to the customer only when they, or a third party designated by them, take physical possession of it (art. L216-4 of the French Consumer Code). A parcel lost or damaged in transit is reshipped or refunded by AstralPro.

Deliveries to Switzerland and Canada. The order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or customs clearance fees, collected by the carrier or the local administration upon delivery. These possible charges are not included in the price, are not collected by AstralPro and remain the customer's responsibility, of which the customer is deemed to have been informed before ordering.

Article 4 — Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately, provided that the consumer has expressly waived this right before delivery and acknowledged the resulting loss of the right of withdrawal. By validating payment and ticking the dedicated checkbox, the customer expressly waives their right of withdrawal in order to receive immediate delivery of their digital content. This waiver covers the part whose performance begins upon order: the Natal Chart and Solar Return (both Discovery Pack and annual Premium Pack), Compatibility, as well as the first Transit report and the first Daily Horoscope, for both the annual Premium Pack and Premium Monthly. The Natal Chart, the Solar Return, Compatibility and the first Daily Horoscope are generated and sent immediately. The first Transit report is generated once the customer has provided the personal context details requested from them after payment and, failing any reply, within a short time after the subscription; that delay, whose sole purpose is to collect their answers in order to personalise the report, changes neither the starting point of performance, which runs from the subscription with the customer's express agreement, nor the scope of this waiver. For the Premium Pack, the deliverables provided in instalments over the year (Daily Horoscope, Monthly Transits) are delivered progressively within the subscribed annual access. After the order, AstralPro sends the customer a confirmation of this prior agreement and waiver of the right of withdrawal on a durable medium (order confirmation email). No refund is granted under the right of withdrawal for the contents covered by the above waiver, once these have been generated and sent. This exclusion covers those contents exclusively; it does not apply to the subscription contract itself, governed by Article 4 bis.

Book. The Book is a good made to the consumer's specifications and clearly personalized, composed from their birth data. In accordance with Article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to this product. This exclusion results by operation of law from the nature of the good: it requires no waiver by the customer, who is informed of it before ordering, on the purchase page and in these T&Cs.

Article 4 bis — Right of withdrawal applicable to subscriptions
The annual Premium Pack and Premium Monthly are service contracts. The customer has fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw, without having to give reasons or bear any penalty.

To exercise this right, the customer notifies their decision to [email protected] by an unambiguous statement, or by using the model form appended hereto. AstralPro acknowledges receipt of this notification on a durable medium.

A customer who has expressly requested immediate performance of the service and subsequently withdraws remains liable for the amount corresponding to the service actually supplied up to the communication of their decision (Article L221-25 of the French Consumer Code). This amount is calculated pro rata on the "subscription" part of the price only, excluding the contents referred to in the following paragraph.

For the annual Premium Pack, the part corresponding to the immediate deliverables, Natal Chart and Solar Return, equals the price of the Discovery Pack in force on the day of the order, that product having exactly the same content (Article 1). The balance constitutes the "subscription" part, spread over the twelve months subscribed: it alone forms the basis for the pro rata calculation.

For Premium Monthly, the first Transit report and the first Daily Horoscope constitute the deliverables of the subscribed month whose performance begins upon subscription: the first Daily Horoscope is sent immediately, the first Transit report is generated once the customer's context details have been collected and, failing any reply, within a short time after the subscription. The "subscription" part corresponds to access to the Daily Horoscope for the remainder of the current month: it alone forms the basis for the pro rata calculation.

Digital content already delivered under the waiver provided for in Article 4, the Natal Chart, the Solar Return, the first Transit report and the first Daily Horoscope for the annual Premium Pack; the first Transit report and the first Daily Horoscope for Premium Monthly, remains due and gives rise to no refund.

Article 5 — Liability

5.1 — Nature of the content
The reports are established from deterministic astronomical calculations (Astrologer API, NASA JPL ephemerides DE431, Placidus houses) and an interpretation system designed by the seller. The writing of the texts is assisted by artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude API). They are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

They do not constitute in any case:
- a personalized human astrological analysis performed by an astrologer;
- medical, psychological, financial, legal, or decision-making advice of any kind.

Astrology is a traditional practice of symbolic interpretation and does not fall within the scientific field. No result is guaranteed. AstralPro cannot be held liable for any interpretations or decisions made by the user based on the content provided.

5.2 — Service availability
AstralPro implements all reasonable means to ensure the availability of the service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. AstralPro shall not be held liable for any temporary unavailability of the service, delivery delay caused by a third-party technical provider (Stripe, Resend, Anthropic, Railway), or force majeure. In any event, AstralPro's liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.

5.3 — Technical nature of the service
AstralPro is based on a system designed by the seller, combining high-precision astronomical calculations (Astrologer API, based on NASA JPL ephemerides DE431, Placidus houses) with an interpretation system that applies the traditional rules of astrology, whose written rendering is assisted by artificial intelligence. The profession of astrologer not being regulated in France, the seller specifies that the content received is generated by artificial intelligence and does not replace a personalized human interaction.

Article 5 bis — Legal guarantees applicable to the Book

The Book benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the French Consumer Code) and from the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code). These guarantees cover in particular material defects of printing, binding or finishing, as well as the non-conformity of the delivered copy with the order. They are exercised free of charge by email to [email protected]. They do not cover the interpretative content of the Book as such, which is provided for informational and entertainment purposes under the conditions of Article 5.

Information notice (art. D211-2 of the French Consumer Code):
"The consumer has a period of two years from the delivery of the good to obtain the implementation of the legal guarantee of conformity in the event of a lack of conformity. During this period, the consumer is only required to establish the existence of the lack of conformity and not the date of its appearance.
The legal guarantee of conformity entitles the consumer to the repair or replacement of the good within thirty days of their request, free of charge and without major inconvenience for them.
If the good is repaired under the legal guarantee of conformity, the consumer benefits from a six-month extension of the initial guarantee.
If the consumer requests the repair of the good but the seller imposes its replacement, the legal guarantee of conformity is renewed for a period of two years from the date of replacement of the good.
The consumer may obtain a reduction of the purchase price by keeping the good, or end the contract and obtain a full refund against return of the good, if:
1° the professional refuses to repair or replace the good;
2° the repair or replacement of the good takes place after a period of thirty days;
3° the repair or replacement of the good causes a major inconvenience for the consumer, in particular where the consumer definitively bears the costs of taking back or removing the non-conforming good, or if they bear the installation costs of the repaired or replacement good;
4° the non-conformity of the good persists despite the seller's unsuccessful attempt to bring it into conformity.
The consumer is also entitled to a reduction in the price of the good or to the termination of the contract where the lack of conformity is so serious that it justifies immediate price reduction or termination of the contract. The consumer is then not required to request the repair or replacement of the good beforehand.
The consumer is not entitled to have the sale rescinded if the lack of conformity is minor.
Any period of immobilization of the good for its repair or replacement suspends the remaining guarantee period until delivery of the restored good.
These rights result from the application of Articles L. 217-1 to L. 217-32 of the French Consumer Code.
A seller who obstructs in bad faith the implementation of the legal guarantee of conformity incurs a civil fine of up to 300,000 euros, which may be increased to 10% of average annual turnover (Article L. 241-5 of the French Consumer Code).
The consumer also benefits from the legal guarantee against hidden defects under Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code, for a period of two years from the discovery of the defect. This guarantee entitles them to a price reduction if the good is kept, or to a full refund against return of the good."

Article 6 — License of use of the generated PDF
The AstralPro PDF is provided under a personal or restricted professional use license.

6.1 Authorized uses
The buyer may:
- View, print and keep the PDF as part of personal use
- Use the PDF as a support for a professional consultation billed to a third-party client, provided that the original AstralPro PDF (with its brand, legal notices and contact details) is transmitted intact to the end client
- Briefly quote passages of the PDF during an oral consultation, subject to mentioning AstralPro as the source

6.2 Prohibited uses
The buyer may not:
- Resell the PDF as-is as their own product
- Modify the PDF to remove or alter the AstralPro brand, legal notices or publisher contact details
- Copy the textual content, in part or in full, to republish it under another brand or name
- Distribute the PDF outside the framework of a direct client consultation (mass distribution, making it available on the internet, free or paid distribution to third parties who are not clients)
- Train or feed an artificial intelligence model with the content of the PDF

6.3 Sanctions
Any breach of this license entails the immediate termination of the right of use of the PDF concerned, without refund. It also exposes the buyer to prosecution for counterfeiting (Article L335-2 of the French Intellectual Property Code), which may give rise to damages and criminal sanctions.

Article 7 — Intellectual property
The AstralPro brand, the astralpro.fr website, the source code, the analysis prompts, the layout of the PDFs and all editorial content produced by the service are the exclusive property of GRIMAULT Dorian (SIREN 104472626). Any reproduction or imitation, total or partial, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.

Article 8 — Personal data
The processing of personal data in the context of these T&Cs is governed by the AstralPro Privacy Policy, accessible at any time from the website and whose provisions form an integral part of the contractual relationship between AstralPro and the customer.

Article 9 — Disputes and consumer mediation
Applicable law: these T&Cs are subject to French law. However, if the customer is a consumer and habitually resides in another Member State of the European Union, they also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of habitual residence, in accordance with Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I).

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.

In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code regarding consumer dispute mediation, after having contacted us and in the absence of a satisfactory response, you have the possibility to refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediation procedure with:

Failing amicable resolution, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.

These T&Cs are written in French. Translations into other languages (English, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese) are provided for informational purposes. In the event of a discrepancy between versions, the French version prevails.

Article 10 — Modification of T&Cs
AstralPro reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The applicable T&Cs are those in force on the date of the order. Modifications subsequent to a validated order do not apply to it.
